• Built six Base44 website foundation designs for the company's launch, now part of its website library.
• Build and customize client websites, business system apps and client portals on Base44, with integrations.

• Built the in-house HR and payroll system in Blazor, then led its rebuild (ASP.NET Core API + React) with AI agents: approval flow engine, attendance-checked leave and overtime filing, biometric sync; replacing a paid HRIS.
• Turned a group financial consolidation spreadsheet into a multi-user Blazor + MudBlazor web app (one source of truth), after first standardizing the workbooks with Python.
• Built PO approval, cheque monitoring, revolving fund and user management apps; rebuilt the travel order and IT access request apps; maintained and extended the requisition app and the portal (Web Forms, SQL Server).
• Modernized legacy ASP.NET Web Forms apps and moved internal RDP applications to the web.
